Uses

Construction Chemicals Envirosafe One Shot Damp Proof Injection Cream technology is a unique silicone emulsion cream for injection into mortar beds to control rising dampness.   Construction Chemicals Envirosafe One Shot Damp Proof Injection Cream  can be used in all types of masonry without the use of high pressure pumps.

The cream is delivered by hand pressure either by use of a caulking gun, mastic cartridge or a simple displacement pump with injector lance. Once in the substrate, One Shot Injection Cream migrates into the masonry pores and rapidly reverts to a liquid phase. Polysiloxanes are formed in situ and the curing of the damp proof course starts immediately with a final cure within 2-6 weeks depending on the wall thickness.

Construction Chemicals Envirosafe One Shot Damp Proof Injection Cream will perform at least as well as any conventional solvent based injection system against rising damp. The unique cream consistency allows horizontal application techniques without the injection agent running out. This, combined with superior stability in the borehole, ensures the optimal penetration of the active ingredient throughout the substrate. In all cases DPC installation should be carried out in accordance with BS 6576 (1985).
